At Cooke Brothers Wines, our goal is to honor and appreciate the vineyard by carefully crafting our wines.

We pick the fruit based on its flavor profile, aiming to capture and convey the unique characteristics of the vineyard. We do not use additional yeast or bacteria in our winemaking process.

For our white wines, we employ traditional techniques such as whole bunch pressing, barrel fermenting and aging in barrels on lees.

For our red wines, we utilize open fermentation, sometimes including whole bunches, with an extended period of maceration and aging in French oak barrels.
